  • Great question. There’s certainly a number of benefits in online self-paced training platforms. However, one major downside and the reason why our training is live, is the subsequent implementation. Self-paced online training requires proactivity from the learner to implement the lessons shared and there’s often a lack of accountability or follow-up to embed the training.

    In addition, these platforms typically offer ‘off-the-shelf’ training solutions which may not be relevant to your specific needs. With the Source. Mastery Programmes, the training is tailored to your market and roles, and we conduct an in-depth pre-training assessment to ensure we understand you and your team’s current challenges. We also offer post-training support, additional resources, and 1-2-1 coaching with each of your team to revisit the topics and help implement the lessons.
