There’s room for two customers per month.
We take our job seriously and dive in with every customer and sourcing assignment. Since we only have so many hours per week, we can only work with two clients simultaneously.
Our service is not for everyone. It’s best suited for recruitment leaders working in specialist markets with a bottleneck in sourcing. You often deal with hard-to-fill jobs and lack the time to do a proper deep dive to uncover hidden talent pools.

Great question. For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior Sourcer now exceeds £50k ($60k), plus benefits. Not only that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you’re stuck paying for a resource you aren’t able to resource.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you’re only paying your Sourcer when you have work available.

You’ll receive your first shortlist by Thursday of the weekly sprint.

For each platform, we apply a breadth of different sourcing techniques, including conceptual search, implicit search, iterative search, and natural language search.

Source. as a Service offers a range of options in how you request new sourcing assignments using Trello. You can do this directly via Trello, sharing Google docs, or even recording a brief Loom video. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s gravy.
For each new job, we request a job kick-off meeting ahead of the new weekly sprint.

No problem. We’ll keep revising the search and candidate list until you’re 100% satisfied. Every Friday we’ll have a short, 15-minute calibration call to discuss feedback and tweak the search where necessary.

You might be surprised to hear this, but Source. as a Service is a company of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, founder of Tech Talent Delivery.

Once subscribed, you’re able to add up to 4 sourcing assignments per month to your queue. We work on 1-weekly sprints for each role (for more complex positions, we may suggest multiple sprints) and require that a kick-off be held the week before.

No problem. You can have all 4 of the 1-weekly sprints assigned to the one role. This will add up to a total of 40+ hours of sourcing in total - giving you a massive advantage over other agencies who will struggle to dedicate the same amount of time to sourcing.
